Our delivery arrangements are planned according to the customer's destination, order volume, payload, and delivery requirements. Whether you are located within Klang Valley, in Penang or Johor, or require delivery to East Malaysia, our team can discuss a suitable transportation arrangement for your desiccant products.
Local deliveries mainly cover Klang Valley and are arranged using Lalamove or Fonicpac's own designated drivers, depending on the order size and payload.
Local deliveries are typically scheduled weekly every Thursday, allowing customers within the surrounding areas to receive their desiccant products directly at their designated premises.
For customers located outside Klang Valley, Fonicpac provides outstation delivery services throughout Malaysia, with frequent deliveries to key industrial areas including Penang and Johor.
Depending on the destination, order volume, and payload, deliveries may be arranged using Fonicpac's own long-haul trucks or suitable courier services to transport the products directly to the customer's location.
Customers located in Sarawak, Sabah, and Labuan are also welcome to discuss delivery opportunities with us. Our team will coordinate with designated transporters to identify a suitable method of transporting the goods based on the destination, shipment requirements, and available logistics arrangements.
Our delivery service includes logistics coordination from the point of supply to the selected destination. Depending on the order and location, this may include arranging local drivers, long-haul transportation, courier services, and coordination with designated transport partners.
