Additional Information

Fonicpac's activated carbon can be used for commercial odour elimination, or implemented in heavier industry usage such as filtration, purification and treatment. Fonicpac's activated carbon is granular, allowing it to be properly regenerated if needed. Made from coconut husk, it boasts a superior microscopic pore density and hardness.

01

Odor Elimination

Suitable for commercial applications where activated carbon pouches are used to control unwanted odours.

02

Filtration

Activated carbon may be implemented in filtration applications depending on the intended process.

03

Purification

Granular activated carbon can be used in industrial purification applications.

04

Treatment

Suitable for heavier industrial treatment applications where activated carbon adsorption is required.

Fonicpac's activated carbon comes in bags and pouches, with 100gms/pouch and 25kgs/bag respectively.

POUCH 100gms / pouch

Suitable for enclosed-space odour elimination and other appropriate pouch applications.

INDUSTRIAL BAG 25kgs / bag

CUSTOM VARIANTS & LEAD TIME

Other variants of activated carbon and their respective packing sizes exist as well - should you have a need for such modifications, please reach out to Dan (0168181089) to discuss the details. However, it is to note that these modifications are not within our typically produced stock and thus may require a lead time of up to 2 weeks.

Fonicpac's Activated carbon can be regenerated. However, when it is contaminated, it is recommended to discard the contaminated activated carbon.

To minimise the environmental impact, we recommend the following procedure for disposal of the used desiccant. Dispose of according to national and local regulations. The material as supplied is not classified as hazardous, dangerous or toxic. Approved landfill sites can be used. Note that used material which is contaminated with process materials may have different hazards/properties from the material as supplied. Dispose of used material in accordance with the nature of the contamination.

Installation, Usage & Storage

Usage

Activated carbon and its respective pouches start working as soon as they are removed from a box master PE bag. It is strongly advised that you do not take it out of the bag unless you need to use it.

Activated carbon is effective in purification, treatment and industrial processing. Commercially, it is good for odour elimination as well.

Regeneration

Fonicpac's granular activated carbon is suitable for regeneration. It is advised that clients intending to reuse activated carbon consult their in-house engineers for a more detailed breakdown, as different contaminants trapped have different methods of regeneration.

Installation

Depending on your order, Fonicpac's activated carbon can come in 25kgs/bag, or 100 g per pouch.

For pouches, simply put them in an enclosed space where contaminants are present.

For 25kgs/bag intended to be used for treatment, industrial processing and purification, it is advised that clients consult their in-house engineers for a more detailed breakdown.

Storage

After taking the desired amount of activated carbon and its respective pouches, simply squeeze out the air from the master PE bag and tie it up. Taping the box after use is recommended. Keep in a cool and dry area away from sunlight.
